Absolutely. Every plan includes on-site or remote training for all staff roles — receptionists, nurses, doctors, lab staff, pharmacists, cashiers and administrators. Additional training sessions are available at KES 5,000 per session.

Data is stored encrypted at rest (AES-256) on servers in Kenya. All connections use TLS 1.3. Access is role-based with full audit logs. We are fully compliant with Kenya's Data Protection Act 2019 (ODPC).

Our SHA module uses the official FHIR R4 API. Biometric verification, claim submission, preauth and adjudication are all handled within HMS — no external portals needed. We maintain the integration as SHA updates their API.
